Holy Trinity Presbyterian Church emphasizes reverent worship, confessional teaching, Bible-centered preaching, corporate prayer, regular use of the sacraments, and strong, covenantal families as it ministers Christ and His Word to Broward and Dade counties in south Florida.
Why "Holy Trinity?"
We took this name because the Trinity is one of the most sublime and awe-inspiring concepts in the Christian faith, and we are dedicated to worship that is filled with awe and reverence to God. Father, Son, and Holy Spirit all are involved in our salvation, and we wish to honor all. The name also reminds us that God has called us in Christ to be holy, growing daily in obedience to Him, distinct from, though still living within, our fallen world. And finally, the first church to which the sixteenth-century founder of Presbyterianism, John Knox, was called to preach was Holy Trinity Kirk in St. Andrews, Scotland, and we're grateful for that heritage.
